What types of payments do you accept?

When you book via our website, or via quote that we have emailed you directly, we accept direct bank to bank payment and most major credit cards. If you have booked via 3rd party sites (AirBnB, HomeAway/VRBO and similar) - payment types specified by that respective site.  

How is staying in vacation rental different from staying in a hotel? 

Staying in a vacation rental home provides much more space, flexibility, and privacy than a typical hotel. You will have amenities not found in a typical hotel and these amenities are not shared with anyone except your own party:  a full kitchen that allows you to prepare meals for your entire group, plenty of private and common areas, pool, patio, theater, arcade games etc. Enjoy your stay in our EIR Fun House and ensure observance of house, pet and occupancy rules and common sense safety rules by you and every member of your party.  Make sure that you have what you need for your stay - there is no room service.  Leave the house "broom-clean" and put all BAGGED garbage in the trash bins outside, on the right side of the home.

I rented the whole house. Can I bring as many people as I want? 

While we rent per property per duration of stay, we have strict occupancy limits. You cannot bring more people than maximum allowable property limit, and only guests who are included in the Rental Agreement can stay on the property, whichever is less. Limited number of day visitors can be allowed with advance permission from the Owners. There are fire safety codes in effect that limit number of guests. Violation of occupancy and pet rules will result in termination of stay and forfeiture of all monies paid. Please refer to your Rental Agreement and rental policy and property rules. 

How do we access the property?  

Once your reservation is confirmed/accepted, Rental Agreement is signed and ID is provided, and balance is paid in full, you will be sent detailed check in procedure, cabin access instructions and directions. Usually those are sent 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival (so that we do not have to resend them in case there are any changes).  

Critters and insects

While we have a regularly maintained pest control program, the home is located in a 300 acres conservation area with 11 wooded acres. As such, it is possible to get 4-6-8 legged or winged visitors both outside and inside. This cannot be 100% prevented. When staying at our property, never leave food items in the vehicles, never leave food, food leftovers or trash outside. Any trash should be bagged and locked in trash bins outside of the home.
